Rude installer. KENNETH. Door was on wrong side. When I called to fix it he said “ok” and hung up. After that he ignored my calls. KENNETH. Terrible customer service.

Great costumer service, I bought a washer yesterday and when I opened up it was dented. I took it the next day and they where willing to received the damaged washer and gave me a refund, which I used to get the new washer. Brandsmart have an excellent customer service, I definitely going back to buy all my appliances there!

Good shopping. And now sales people gives customer room to look around. They're not asking continually if they can help me. I like to shoppe at my own pace and BrandsMart sales people are doing better now.

Samuel ordaz the manager was rude and he lacks professionalism to talk to customers. He does not want to work and He takes the easy route to try to get rid of you from the store. So if you have a delivery problem or any problem at all he is definitely not the manager to approach.

Quick in & out with what I needed. New cashier set up seemed quicker, but not a lot of folks trying to pay at the same time so we will see how it goes.

In this store they do not value their customers, they sold me a Samsung washing machine on 04/23 and on 01/06 it burned, I called them and all they do is give me phone numbers and no solutions, today I come home a box with a Samsung washing machine motor so I think what they are trying to do is repair a washing machine that cost me 500 dollars and lasted me a month and days…. This store is totally unethical, I will never buy from them again.

I do not usually write reviews but this is probably one of the worst customer service experiences. I was warned about this and I should have listened. Do NOT buy here. I bought multiple kitchen appliances over 4 months ago. The Frigidaire dishwasher never worked. The Brandsmart repair person was only able to be scheduled 6 weeks after I purchased the appliance. When he finally came he said there was an issue with a missing part and that it had to be ordered. After that, customer supervisors claim he went on vacation and there is nothing that can be done. I have probably spent 5-6 hours calling customer service about this issue and never getting a straight forward answer. After another 2 months, the same repair person showed up asking what the problem was. He was clueless and clearly did not have the parts. Now its been more than 4 months and the dishwasher is still not usable. Still no one is offering any solutions. Complete disregard for the customer!

I was a cashier at this location back in 2020 although it was a year ago I had the worse experience they had me in and out of training one of the mangers DEBRAH was very unprofessional she threw me on the cash register knowing I had no experience at all not to mention INDI the head manger is very rude and has horrible customer service she talked down on me like if I couldn’t comprehend she has a nasty attitude and I couldn’t stand working with none of those e so call mangers it’s been times customers had to wait on the mangers to approve them of something and as a cashier your supposed to turn on your light the mangers would stand together and ignore the light like if they had somewhere better to be worst job ever anytime there was new employees to come see how it’ll be working there they’ll never return that’s highly embarrassing I would t work here nor shop there Debrah was stealing time Indi has a nasty attitude Camille was always trying to see her boyfriend sade was acting like she cared how I felt on the register but was always with the people who never wanted to do their jobs DO NOT WORK HERE ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK
