Not bad for what your part for! Actually impressed but done expect a lot from the shower/bathroom shack. Campgrounds are next to the river and the falls are a fun enjoyment for all ages

Came here for our first time ever camping trip. Seen the falls awhile back when me and my family ate at Haven 55 but didn't realize there was a campsite on the other side until we started looking around. I made my reservations online and requested right next to the falls on the island and got a reply back stating our reservation was seen. Great! When we got there though we was told there was a flood and the island was destroyed. This was disappointing but understandable. I wish I knew in advanced though. Other then that staff was friendly and we had a spot right by the river where we could step in the water and cool off. Very pet friendly which was good since we had 3 dogs with us. Everyone was nice and noise died down when it was supposed to. For the first time it was an amazing trip. Just wish there was a bit more communication as far as the flood and that we wouldn't be able to get us by the falls like we wanted.

This campground is the best place to go. Very friendly welcoming staff! Very pet friendly. Quiet like no other. Seriously. Great place to take your family and friends. Very rare gem to find!! After the flooding they have had you can tell how hard they have worked to really pull this place back together. Very much appreciated. This is our 2nd year going there. Cant wait to go again!! Highly recommended!

The red headed lady was really friendly and easy to work with planning my family camping trip. BUT the blonde older lady wasn't so nice almost left a day early because of her mouth and attitude. When you pay extra for electric at three camp sites there is one pole with two plugs cross the road was two poles with electric I my electric cords over the road and she unplugged our electric. My family will not be staying there any more because of her.

Very pretty and tranquil. Several little falls. Had some deeper water for swimming and shallows for the kids. Nice little catch and release pond also.

Single-handedly the worst “campground” I have seen in my life, enormous piles of trash, scrap metal, etc; on either side of the entrance of what I can only describe as a shantytown, by a field, next to a run down skate park. Nothing but rundown old RVs that have been parked so long trees are growing around them. Absolutely avoid wasting your time here, and definitely do not go off of the completely baffling 4.6 rating that I can only assume is a prank at this point.

Best weekend we've had in a long time! The campground and the owners exceeded our expectations! There was a huge bon fire pit set up in the center of the grounds for us to use- we had about 20 people around it well into the night! Full hook-ups, fun relaxing river, just perfect! The only thing missing were our good friends The Miller's! Be back next season!

We went for a day swim. Owners were very nice. Pretty cheap to park and swim all day. Non-aggressive dogs on leash welcome. Cool little area.

Loved the place and the managers! We rented the cabin for my birthday and had a great time. Its a "Must Stop" for camping when in SW Missouri
