Save yourself the time & money...go somewhere else! I understand that these are difficult times but to not even have a receptionist to answer your call and relying solely on the “bot” to answer via text didn’t make this experience pleasant from the start. But since there were so many glowing reviews I thought we’d give this place a shot. Firstly, it appears they are only accepting appointments via a website which was fine (though annoying and time consuming to have to set up a username & password for a 3yr olds haircut) I requested a “master stylist” for the additional fee and in the notes explained exactly what we’d like done with our sons long hair. Well they clearly do not read the notes and assigned us a stylist who asked what we wanted...didn’t you read my notes? Of course not. We were barely greeted in a manner you’d expect from a salon dealing only with kids instead it was very cold and almost like we were wasting their time. We were all wearing our masks though an older child before us didn’t have one on for his cut and my husband asked if it had to be on and for us it did which is better to be safe but please be consistent and make every kid wear one no matter what. Our son has long hair and we needed a few inches cut off so I showed pictures of what we wanted and also explained the look... however she proceeded to slather some cream all over his head, pulled all of his hair back & chop it unevenly he was moving around and she directed my husband where he could stand and asked me to stand back...cuz your being so nice to my kid it’s really gonna help him to move his Mamma away? I commented a few times that it was uneven & longer in the front & sides than the back but she seemed to keep blaming it on my son moving around and kept commenting if he kept moving she was going to get hurt. If you cut kids hair for a living maybe you should know how to make a child feel comfortable instead our son was so scared of her he never said a word & held my husbands hand in a death grip. We felt like we were annoying her they way we got snapped at. When she finally gave up cutting she didn’t even dry it and we had no idea what it was really going to look like but to hoped for the best... that was it no nice meeting you no lollipop (though my son watched other kids get them) no nothing just here’s how much it is oh & only cash tips (which we only found out from the sign on the desk when we walked in who deals with cash during COVID) my husband and son walked out while I paid and proceeded to tip in cash over 30% and not for good service but mostly because I felt like we were such an inconvenience. When we finally got home 30 minutes later to see the uneven hack job she did my son looked in the mirror and cried he said he got the wrong haircut... he’s 3 and even he knew it was bad! Attached is a picture of the back & side for reference please don’t be misled and think it looks bad because his head is tilted... believe me it’s that bad or I would never have taken the time to write this long of a review. Now I get to find somewhere that can fix it.

Went here to get my almost 2 year old his first haircut. He’s very shy, especially going somewhere new, and he absolutely loved it. Our stylist, Karen, was very fast and sweet with him. Such a cool place. They have chairs disguised as cars with gadgets for little ones who can’t sit still. Making an appointment online was easy and we were in and out within 30 minutes.

I had an awesome experience! This was my daughter's second haircut and there were no tears. It was such a visually stimulating place she never even felt like she was getting a hair cut. We will definitely be back

I don’t know why Karen cuts hair when she doesn’t seem to like kids. Not a pleasant woman at all and does not know how to talk to or deal with small children, expecting a 3yr old to sit completely still and getting annoyed when she doesn’t. Took my kid there for her 1st haircut because her hair grew in crooked, left with shorter hair that’s still crooked. Sat there ten minutes past my appointment time because she was chatting with another customer when she knew I was there waiting. Price paid was more expensive that what’s advertised on the website. Two stars because the place is clean, but I will not be back.

Took my 1.5 year old son and was very pleased with his haircut. They are experts at cutting hair while your child wiggles. Well worth the ~$30 paid.

Have only had my sons haircut here one time, but the first experience was nice. Front desk personnel were very approachable and greeted us well. My son loves the little race cars he sits in when getting his hair cut. The stylist did a nice job and we are returning today for his second haircut. Would recommend to family and friends!

I have been taking my son there for 3 years since he was around 10 months. He got his first haircut there and I'm telling you that they are all amazing. I love Karen because she's great with him. I even moved from the area and I still take the 30 minute day to go there. 100% recommended!

The hairdresses are so kind and patient with my son. They make the whole experience enjoyable. I recommend them to anyone who has a child. Plus they get to ride in a "car " while getting a hair cut.

My wife took my son for a haircut, She made an appointment the day before and was there on time. Karen the stylist, acted very inconvenienced by having to cut my kids hair. She took care of another family who showed up 10 minutes after mine, and complained to another family about having to cut my kids hair before theirs. Karen was very difficult and unprofessional. My son asked her a question and she got in his face and told him “be quiet, you’re just mumbling in that mask”. She then started talking to the next family coming in while she finished my kids hair. As far as the haircut goes, we are not pleased with it, and I will be taking my son elsewhere to get it fixed. We used to like this place and have brought our kids there for years, No more.

Such a great experience. Took my daughter for her first hair cut. We had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Colleen, she was amazing. The salon was clean staff super friendly and the haircut was very good!! My daughter can't wait to go back! She loved her hair!! We all do!! Thanks again guys!! If you are looking for a great kids salon please come here you won't be disappointed!!!
