Prices comparable to other stores (target, kohls, etc...) but a more varied selection! Found several shirts and pants that fit well, and were the style I prefer (I usually only get one of those). Definitely will be shopping there more often!

Bought a pair of fancy flip flops for $15, I wanted a wallet but with $78 and 60% off I said H-no! They jack the prices up sky high so it seems you are getting a deal with 60% off. You aren't!!!!

Store was very light on inventory. Also, this is the MOST outdated restroom I have visited. Other department stores like Walmart, Target, Kohl's have waaaaaayyyyyy better looking restrooms than JCPenney's. Makes you wonder where the profit is being pocketed. There was even a note on door saying the restroom needs to be remodeled and has been in that very horrible condition for over 30 years. I get it's just a restroom BUT it has to have some TLC to fit the rest of the store's image.

I HAD A VERY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALL THE WOMAN AND MEN WORKING THERE TAILS OFF BESIDES THE MIAN MALE MANAGER "PETE" WHO WAS RUDE MEAN COCKY STUCK UP AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO EMPLOYEES ALSO CUSTOMES INCLUDING MYSELF OVER ASKING QUESTIONS IF BATHROOMS WHERE OPEN BECAUSE THEY WERE BLOCKED OFF WITH TRASH CAN AND CLEANIG CART BUT COME TO FIND OUT THEY WERE IN THE MID OF GETTING DEEPLY CLEAED AND WHERE VERY CLEAN SMELLED GOOD AND WHERE WELL MAITAINED BY MAINTENANCE I BELIEVE AUGUSTINE WAS THE CUTE HARD WORKING YOUNG STUD WHO WAS VERY VERY SWEET RESPECTFUL HARD WORKING HANDSOME YOUNG MAN 😍! 5 OUT OF 5 EXPERIENCE IN MY SHOPPING DAY ! GOOD JOB JCPENNEY AND STAFF KEEP UP THE CLEAN STORE HARD WORKING AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BESIDES "PETE" HE NEEDS TO GO, AND REPLACED HE WAS MY ONLY PROBLEM WITH MY EXPERIENCE TOODAY ! I called the salon and left a message. They returned my call within an hour and scheduled me in on the same day. The lady who did my hair was friendly and did a great job on my hair. She is a master stylist and her name is Jessica. I loved the way she worked on my hair I am going back for a balayage.
