It was our first time flying into Richmond since we usually drove down 95 but this is a decent airport with many options. From my initial movements throughout the facility from gate to baggage to car rental was a very seamless process which could be only enhanced when thinking about when there are busier times. So far so good at this airport and I will fly in again to this location.

Very nice and quaint airport (the Honolulu airport) could take lessons from them on cleanliness, hospitality, and customer service. Only issue was when I got off my plane, there were not signs immediately telling you the way to baggage claim. Overall very nice airport.

I flew into Richmond international airport on a Friday night and left on a Sunday night. It is a beautiful complex of buildings. I'm not sure when it was rebuilt but looked and felt new to me. Moving through the airport and the way in and the way out was quick and easy. I checked bags easy pickup on both sides. All the usual beverage eating and souvenir stores. Bathrooms were well maintained. I gave fhem five stars

An odd airport. Two terminals separated by TSA .. so you arent free to roam to other stores/restaurants throughout. Constant gate changes and limited power supply for phones and laptops. One desk in terminal A with a fantastic view and 8 outlets has no power. But you can take a beer to your gate...so that's cool.

Have flown out of this airport several times now, security is pretty fast, usual eatery, I would recommend not checking your bags if you are arriving here if you are in a hurry because that can take a little longer sometimes.

I travel all over the country and I've been to more airports than I care to count. This is the best airport I've ever been to. TSA is actually very friendly but very thorough. I can't believe that I actually don't mind going through TSA. How many airports can you say that about? If there were seating at the charging stations along the concords that would be nice. We shouldn't have to stand or sit on the floor. That's why I only gave 3 Stars.

Very easy access. We moved through bag-check, TSA and boarding onto our flight with no issues. Love the USO ❤️

Great airport. 5 stars because it's small and clean with short check-in and security lines. Food options are mediocre though. Also, they should consider one TSA security check point instead of two for each concourse. This way, all passengers have access to both concourses. Just a poor design and concept for an airport this small.

This is my home airport. Always clean and efficient. Park and Go is near by if you want to save on parking. Airport parking is also available. Never had a bad experience here other than individual airlines needing additional staff to help out during busy times. No issues with TSA. Bathrooms are sanitized, cleaned, and maintained. I wish they would improve their customs area so we can have more international and domestic flights. I’m tired of having to make stops and want more nonstop flights.

I have flown out/into Richmond International Airport numerous times. The drive in and the drive out was quick and easy. In addition , checking in and pickup up checked in bags was also easy. For an international airport, it is not busy and makes travelling quick, easy, and stress free.
There all the usual beverage eating and souvenir stores. Bathrooms were well maintained.
Staff has been very friendly overall.
