I love Ross stores even used to work at one, but the quality of the customer service especially at this location is horrible! Rude loss prevention door greeter & the cashiers act like emotionless rude robots.

When I am unable to find various household or clothing items, I go to Ross. I am usually able to find much of what I need: large area rugs, kitchen utensils, pet supplies, bedding, etc. Merchandise changes frequently & shelves are not very organized, but it's well worth it.

This Ross store is about the ugliest Ross stores I've ever been in. It's dirty the clothes are thrown all over the floor and the worst thing is the cashiers are very rude and provide bad customer service I WOULD NOT recommend this store. The Ross store.on Eubank is a good one unlike this Ross

The girls working here were busy chatting amongst themselves, didn't notice me looking at jewelry for 2-3 minutes. Just as well that I didn't spend the money. Also their use of profanity didn't particularly bother me, but I thought it was very unprofessional. Update 4/20/22: Much better customer service this time! I came in with Mom and while organization was still a bit chaotic, our checkout process was efficient and friendly.

Store was old and smelled musty. A little disorganized in the men's section. I've been to ross's and even worked in one in AZ and this was a bit disappointing on cleanliness and organization.

Guys up from were asking customers to wear their masks, even handing out some to customers BUT…their Mesa Security guy is walking around without his inside the store, I ask the worker their and said….oh I don’t know. Great job Ross!

The store is pretty bare. I was able to find a few things but struggled with one staff member. They were really rude to everyone they checked out. They didn't even make eye contact with most customers. They rushed me forward before the elderly couple ahead of me even got a chance to begin walking towards the exit. They then refused to give me my change and did not offer me another option. She exclaimed sorry in a very condescending manner while aggressively tapping a sign that explains the national coin shortage. She yanked every item from me as I was putting it on the counter. She banged my mugs while wrapping them and was so aggressive in doing something on the card reader that cards above it completely fell out of the display. Most of the time I let things go but this person's entire demeanor was so mean and aggressive that it has me rattled. I feel extremely uncomfortable and I'm having an anxiety attack. I understand people having bad days but when we take it out on others, that's just not okay. If they cannot conduct themselves respectfully I believe they should be able to take a break in the back and compose themselves. I don't want anything bad to happen to this person but my goodness please just be nice. The way we treat people matters and has a ripple effect. Associate number 906418
