I would say this Ross needs an upgrade... parking lot and all. Or maybe just move the location of the store completely? Find a better center. Ross is great, functionality of the store's registers, parking lot, outdoor crazies walking around. Not great. I get in and get out or better yet go to a different location. And why are employees smoking in the front of the store?! 🤢😷

After having been to several other Ross locations in the northern New Mexican area over the past few years. I feel that I can confidently say that the Santa Fe Ross location at the DeVargas Center is by far the best. Although not the largest, this Ross is always consistent. The shelves are always stocked, the store well organized, pristine, easy to navigate, and appropriately staffed. The last of which I have always found to be somewhat of a rarity at other locations. As lines can usually get pretty long and lack of employees stationed at the register(s) just makes the overall shopping experience a bit tedious. This Ross however, (at least during my visits) never seems to endure this problem. Lines do indeed and can get long, but they tend to move along fairly quickly. Apart form this, this Ross like many others offers the same assortment of bargain products. Many of which are of the same quality as you find in mega box retailers. the home decor section I have always found to be exceptionally good. Though Santa Fe's downtown area is hardly synonymous with bargain finds, the Ross at the DeVargas center offers both that and a pleasant retail atmosphere.

Always good place to shop for name brand products. Couldn't find light jacket for spring wear. Shoe selection was low. Prices good. Clearance racks empty.

Good place to go in the late evening, not crowded. Health and safety rules are in place. Very good prices for the value. The only thing is that their inventory is slim. I plan to return in the near future.
