I've lived here almost 3 years now in my 5th wheel. Im a full-time camper.
The campground offers: a game room, 2 individual bathrooms with free showers, free Laundry, playground, stocked fishing pond, tons of trails for, ATV, side by sides, horses or hiking. There's a camp store and on site propane refill. Each site has a fire ring and its a pet friendly campground. Pets must be vaccinated and on a leash. There are resident Ducks, deer and other wildlife to enjoy. The camp is not far from Shawnee State Park, Flight 93 Memorial, the Bison Corral here in PA and Rocky Gap Casino in MD. There's also Golf at Bedford Springs Resort, Bedford Elks, and Rocky Gap.
I looked at reviews on here and I have to laugh because those with negative reviews brought their own problems here and were either asked to leave, Put Out, or skipped out. The owners believe in giving people a chance. The owners hold regular camp meetings and involve those here in most decisions and they keep everyone informed of the camps progress. Your camper is allowed here no matter its age where now a days most campgrounds put restrictions on the age of campers and RVs they allow in.
Come check it out for yourself. New sites have just been put in and more are on the way.
Monthly sites are $300 + electric, Weekly and daily rates are available too. There is also Tent camping.

This is nothing but a trash whole and the owners are nothing but liers! They will talk you into a camper and rip you off majorly! Not kid friendly! The water isn’t able to be drank/Consumed any way! It’s very trashy for being a camp ground and super expensive! The guy tells you who can and can’t come see you! This place is seriously nothing but trash same with the owners!

People seem nice owner seems genuine. Very affordable. In my honest opinion living in is one of the very few ways to live comfortably and in a way that you don't break the bank to own your own home. The owner Chris makes it so easy and affordable to get Independence and in my case achieve a dream that I have had for the past 2 years. What could be better than owning your own home and being able to take it where ever you want and the campground is very accommodating there's a bath house with free laundry and a convenience store on site I have nothing bad at all to say about this place thus far.

It is a real nice place to stay. Quite, cheap, clean, and respectful sites. The people who maintain the campground are weight nice and give their all to insure your comfort. As I said before their rates are very cheap example; one month is 275.00 + elec. (Maybe $40.00). Just new at the business so they put forth the effort to go above and beyond for you...personally AI like it!!!

If I could leave a negative review, I would. This place is not much of a campground just a gravel pit and a swampy pond with AWFUL. owners. We were very respectful to them and they broke and disrespected our camper and called us liars. There are no full hookups, so he pumped twice a week; not a big problem, the problem was with the guy they hired pumping. He hit my 2017 Jeep and denied it and of course there’s no cameras out there. Then he not only broke out tank handles and never emptied the tanks all the way and my Grey kept getting backed up. I called the owner to show him immediately after he “pumped” and pulled my tanks open and they ran and ran and ran. He accused me of leaving my water running inside then turned off my main water supply and they still rain so he was my camper was broken. He was so disrespectful, the man pumping campers was screaming at me while I was holding my 5 month old. Along with it all they were charge $585 plus electric and pumping with electric and spot deposits with no WiFi, cable, or hook ups in a gravel pit. They’re a “new” campground but at this rate they won’t be lasting very long.

I love this camp site so to all the people hating about it. It’s not bad you just have to get used to it because the mud is there so kids can have fun I mean I live there and it’s awesome there’s nothing bad about it and you meet a lot of new people who are really nice so take some advice from someone living there mud is mud big whoop we play in that and rocks are rocks little kids play with those
