I purchased gas at this location making my way to Nevada. Two females were working and told me it didn’t go through. So I swiped my card again for another charge and that went through. I later asked when I would get refunded the money they took out and they told come back tomorrow. I proceeded to ask for a managers name and number and she told me she couldnt give me the info. It has been 4 days now and it still has yet to be refunded…

Big service station with loads of groceries, drinks and hot food inside. But not easy, one visit no fuel, another could not pay at pump as credit card system not working, ended up running backwards and forwards a few times to leave cash to open pump, then back again as not working and then to pay.
On my few visits I noticed a lot of people hanging around, some homeless and bunch of lads who had attracted police. Overall, dirty, edgy but convenient for fuel and groceries - got my Funyuns and cheap fuel.
There is a petrol station next door but even when Shell place had no fuel that one was totally empty - a lot more expensive was reason I discovered.

Extremely dirty. Coffee was entirely empty with the exception of the cinnamon. Coffee spilled all over floor. Homeless everywhere, walking zombies actually. The manager should be ashamed of himself. The staff clearly does whatever they want, which isn't working, that's for sure. It's terrible because it's a prime location, which should do well, but its overwhelmingly dominated by ABQs garbage. No pride in ownership.

Great job in taking the convenience out of the visiting here. I really enjoy waiting in line with one person running cash register at a fuel station with a staff of four people. Plenty of parking here for large vehicles and place gets busy.

Average kind of shell station. I came and bought a soda. The security guard made me feel safe, I guess. Or maybe a little paranoid. This is a great gas station to use the bathroom, grab some snacks and a drink, or simply get some gas! They carry 87, 89, and 91 octane gasoline as well as diesel. The beer selection is not very impressive, though. Not at all.

Gas is overpriced. I always fear for my safety at this location because of the amount of people hanging outside and asking for money. The bathrooms have tiny stalls to prevent people from doing drugs in the stalls. The only other place I have seen that is in questionable neighborhood in New York City.

Really good gas. There are always homeless people tweaking out. McDonalds always has a line that blocks parking lot traffic. It does have an awesome air machine.

No paper in dispenser, buttons don’t work so couldn’t put my rewards number, no receipt paper. Long line at cashier with no help. What a dump.
