Called in to ask about doing a wire transfer, was told we had to get it submitted before 4 pm. Drove like a maniac to get there at 3:50. All the lights were off and not a car in the parking lot. Closed even though the hours say open till 5 pm. Last straw for me at this terrible bank.

Went to this bank today in Apex to change 5 20’s into a hundred dollar bill for a gift and because I no longer have an account with them they couldn’t do this simple transaction. No reason, no apology, no help. What has happened to this bank???

Suntrust, as a whole, is the absolute WORST bank in the US. I live in Indiana now, tried to stay loyal to Suntrust, but they will not let me have access to my money! I have my card, my credit card, bank statements, social security information, my driver's license, transactions with dates and times and they STILL want me to walk into a bank that is 900 miles away before I can have access to my money online! I can't even transfer it! THE WORST BANK EVER!
