If I could give zero stars, I would. The location at 2nd and Lomas has horrendous customer service! My daughter had fraud on her account that I am also a signer on and has been trying to close the account but she as well as myself have been given different reasons why we can't close the account. I am a former employee and know this is not how it is done. The banker that worked with my daughter today, was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She threw my daughter's ID at her and told her to "never come back here", which is what my daughter is trying to do. She is trying to close her account, based on this service my daughter received, I just might close all of mine as well. I have already moved most of my money to another institution because a banker is related to my daughter's ex boyfriend and we believe he got her info for the stolen check from the banker.

I will never go back to this location. (Lomas and 2nd St.) The manager Andres is Horrible and rude, the employees cant hear and accused me of saying something that was never mentioned. I was unable to withdraw money from my acct because its was possibly fraud. Thankfully I was able to defer to another branch which made things go smoother with no problems or no questions asked. These employees were super nice and pleasant thank you wells Fargo on Bridge//

Most Wells Fargo branches I visit get me in and out of there in a jiffy. I always dread coming to this branch, because they turn even the most simple of transactions into a whole debacle. I'm used to sending over my check and my driver's license when I deposit a check, and that being the end of it. The ladies behind the window here always seem to be in disbelief that I am indeed the person my driver's license proves me to be. I am always harassed to confirm my identity through information like my address or social security number; out of all my experiences dealing with banks and credit unions I've never been harassed such. Again, I'm just trying to deposit a check (not cash it) and the ladies have my driver's license in hand while they are drilling me for said info. By the time they begrudgingly agree I am who I say I am, there is a long line of vehicles in the drive through. I've never had my driver's license scrutinized and identify scrutinized so heavily. You'd think they'd be a little more eager to store my money.

The food was excellent here, truly great. Service was alright but the quality of every ingredient here makes up for it. Every bite felt like there was care put into it and it made me feel warm inside when I was done. There was also plenty of food at this all you can eat buffet almost never ending lol but at the end of the day this is some of the best food you can get in this little town look forward to coming back here soon. All the waiters were so friendly and I can’t wait for another excellent meal!!!

I really don't understand why everyone HATES this bank. I've had my accounts for 7 years and the 1 time I got a fee an OD, I used my debit card instead of my credit card, and they refunded it. You know why? Because I admitted fault, and I was nice about it. I visit this location once a month, never have any issues with "rude employees" or people who don't know what they are doing like all the other reviewers claim. Yeah, there is sometimes a wait, but they are one of the biggest banks, along with BofA and JP Morgan Chase. I say keep doing your thing Downtown Wells Fargo Branch! There are some customers who are very pleased with you all!

I have never dealt with such rudeness and arrogance even from a bank. Call the branch number, they will not answer. Had to call another branch who said even they can't reach them by phone. Finally got somebody, met and was promised a call back in two hours...it came three days later. Then was promised a call the next Tuesday. It never came. Sent email to complain, threatened to use Twitter to be heard and was promptly called back by the branch manager who was furious I would dare do such a thing. Hung up and have never dealt with them again. This is a VERY VERY BAD place to do business. STAY AWAY.

The downtown branch of Wells Fargo 'lost' my paycheck around Christmas time. As a result, my wife and I were without food, and functionally missed the Christmas-celebration as a result. While customer service manager Deborah Kurz made every effort to feign concern, ultimately she was unable to provide with me any information as to her branches gross-mismanagement and negligent disregard for sensible banking practices. No information was provided to me as to why my paycheck had been lost, and Wells Fargo has not been forthright in the least in providing information that they are required--by law, to provide. Instead of admitting fault, Wells Fargo management and Deborah Kurz have tried to defer blame time and again; yet time and again they have been unable to provide me with even the most basic information. I have requested a full-accounting for my lost paycheck over Christmas, as well as a full-accounting of the legal rationale for Wells Fargo's inconsistent policies pertaining to the handling of paychecks and holds placed on them. Deborah Kurz might give serious consideration to growing up and taking honest responsibility for the gross managerial incompetence of her branch. Instead of subtly manipulating your customers to defer responsibility from yourself--or subtly avoiding customers, why doesn't Wells Fargo try treating their customers with involvement, concern and honesty. In spite of the fact that they ruined our Christmas, I treated them and their branch with kindness and respect. So far as 'giving them credit,' they will receive due credit from me 'the customer,' when they actually perform their job with competence and dignity.

The worst of the Wells Fargo branches that I have been to. The bankers here are con artists and get this - I asked for a hard copy of my statements and the "banker" tried to charge me $40 and told me that "this isn't a Kinko's" I went to the branch off Central and had a much better experience.

I go to this Well Fargo Bank at least once a week regarding a business account. They are ALWAYS nothing but NICE. Granted there is a wait at times but as the last person said it is a busy, large, downtown bank.

I came to open up a few bank accounts with the same EIN number was told all I needed was trade name registrations and then when I get back to the bank after doing all of that she it could take 48 hours to verify my documents even though I'm already an account holder!
